on a typical day i have just about a million random thoughts going through my head, and sometimes they come to fruition, but as you can see from my lack of blogging lately, i have had none that have gotten to that point lately. so that is what i have for you today... here are my random thoughts... enjoy.
1. my sister got second at state, yeah i cried. not kidding. i was so happy i started crying. it was an emotional night in the first place, but all that was in my head was how proud my dad would be. so i cried. it was a good moment.
2. i have learned that when i wear short dresses and leggings i feel like a whore. honestly it is just how i feel. i can't help it. i know i don't look like one, but i do go to northwestern, and they are sort of judgemental on that end. and therefore i do feel kind of like a whore...
3. i am obsessed with the office. not kidding. obsessed. it is rivaling the one tree hill obsession these days. which is impressive, but don't worry it still doesn't trump hanson.
4. i learned how to play rook recently. i am not good at it, but i have a deep desire to play it again. i don't know why.
5. i miss a good friend of mine a lot. and i need to fix that pretty soon!
6. sarah jean is coming tomorrow. i am pretty excited. i don't really know what to do with my excitement, but i know my homework is not getting done because of it.
7. everyone around me is either in a relationship getting married or having babies... with a few exceptions. and for some reason it doesn't make me feel anything at all. yet people keep asking me how i feel about it. but it's okay for real. people don't have to believe me, but thats the truth. ship it.
8. i want a puppy. thats really it. i just really like puppies, and thats what i know.
9. i have a deep desire to skip both of my days of class and just take the entire week off. it just seems pointless to only have two days of class. i won't skip though, because i have made a pledge to not skip classes for no reason this semester... it's going okay.
10. apples are my favorite food. by far. i love them. they make my day better! actually i am currently hungry. maybe i should eat an apple. sounds good deal.
11. i saw stop loss today and it made me cry, it was good and super sad.
12. on the music front 90's music has been on the rotation quite heavily.
13. i also got the book titled book thief. it is so far weird, but it won the pulitzer prize, so it has to be good right!
14. my mac is now pink, so is my ipod and my phone. it makes me happy.
15. i might be able to go to iceland for the summer. if it happens i will pee my pants i will be so excited. if you have never seen it look up iceland stuff online. it is so beautiful! I am super super pumped.
