do you ever have those days where you are just simply crabby. seriously, it is like nothing could ever make you satisfied, and you find that you are so mad, at nothing. maybe it is just me, but sometimes i just get mad at my own complacency. i find myself stuck in the same circles i have been in my whole life, all that has changed is the scenery.
it is funny how no matter how good life is though, we all find things to complain about. life is so much more than those things, and as humans we dwell on these little nit-picky things that have no merit or substance, and it is all so pointless.
this summer i read the book of ecclesiasties three times... i can't spell it, but i read it! it was so great to know that everything is pointless, all of these little things that we dwell upon are nothing in comparison to what we will finally find when we sit at the feet of God. if you have read this blog before you know that i hate bringing up the God subject simply because i am around it all day long and people use it as a cop-out for everything... but somedays, i just so loudly hear God telling me to forget it all. to just sit back and clear my mind... to not even fill it with anything.
i spend some days just annoyed, for no reason, and so sometimes i just need to have God yell these things at me, so i decided to spend a while this afternoon reading ecclesiasties again. and i then spent some time playing on my itunes... rediscovering some new music. here is what i found. it made me much much happier!
